Dave is professional, knowledgeable and available! I often find myself in the position of having to get quotes and bind policies in a limited amount of time. He has always been there when I am under pressure and need him the most. Not only does he provide great service, he has a good personality and sense of humor! I have been with this agency for years. Every time I've dealt with anyone in the office I have always had wonderful service. Every time I've called in with a question, I get a friendly, professional, and timely answer. Dave is a real person, I can't stand these robot call centers, I'm just glad to talk to a human who gets my business and my unique needs.
